This document captures requirements from the January 2026 requirement dump that are scheduled for development after Phase 3.


1. Operational Automation

HR-Driven Task Shifting

  • Logic: Automatically shift "High Priority" work if primary owner has not logged in by 11:30 AM.
  • Escalation Path: Primary Owner → Temporary Owner → HOD → Management.
  • Recall Function: Single-button recall for original owners to reclaim shifted tasks upon late login.

Logistics & Route Planning

  • Geolocation Mapping: Map all Customer and Supplier locations using Google Maps/Pin Codes.
  • Route Optimization: Suggest visits based on proximity to minimize travel time for field teams.
  • Dispatch Intelligence: Automated weight-based vehicle planning and loading checklists using photo-based vehicle number recognition.

2. Advanced Sales & Analytics

Sales "Effort vs. Chance" Scoring

  • Sales by Chance: Standard orders from regular clients.
  • Sales by Effort: Mapped based on the volume of negotiations and follow-ups.
  • Target Multipliers:
    • 100%: New Product + New Customer.
    • 150%: Successful cross-selling.

Price Search Automation

  • AI-driven crawling of external links/databases for competitive pricing requests.
  • Automated creation of comparative statements against internal costing.

3. Communication & Intelligence

Text-to-Speech (TTS) & Transcription

  • Voice-generated email responses within the CRM/Visual Kanban.
  • Automated Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and transcripts for audio/video call recordings.

Trend Analysis

  • Historical tracking of product price fluctuations to predict future procurement windows.
  • FAQ management linked directly to product masters for instant support responses.
