Core MVP: Visual Business Kanban (6 Weeks)¶
Goal¶
Validate technical feasibility by delivering a Visual Business Workspace where users can triage emails as actionable cards organised into columns.

Phase 1: CRM/ERP Synchronization (6-8 Weeks)¶
Goal¶
Production-ready integration with Odoo/Zoho CRM and Focus RT / Business Central ERP with multi-entity awareness.

- Zero Information Leakage: Every inbox enquiry is validated against CRM/ERP master data.
- Risk Mitigation: PAN/CIN/GST validation for all new entities.
- Unified Inventory: Cumulative stock reports across 3 legal entities.
Phase 2: Advanced Costing & RFQs (3 Months)¶
Goal¶
Automate the Quotation Lifecycle with intelligent costing and margin governance.

[!NOTE] Status: Archived per customer feedback (December 2024). Legacy modules available in the Archive-DMS folder. This includes Hash-based dedup, Semantic Search, and OCR processing of raw document dumps.
