What the Customer Needs

  1. Email Aggregation — Single inbox monitoring across sales, dispatch, and support mailboxes
  2. AI Classification — Automatically route emails to CRM (sales enquiries) or ERP (dispatch, orders)
  3. CRM Integration — Create/update leads in CRM from classified emails
  4. ERP Integration — Create dispatch reminders and order follow-ups in Focus RT / Business Central
  5. Task Tracking — Assign task IDs to emails for tracking and escalation

What the Customer Does NOT Need (Now)
